Ms. Rodriguez holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Development and is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach. Recently she served as Senior Vice President of Talent for an Orange County based lifestyle healthcare company. She has over 22 years of global and domestic human resources leadership and talent development experience.
Susan McFadden, Editor-in-Chief of California Homes Magazine, shared her personal story of struggle and success at the recent OCWomen2Women "WOMEN OF WORTH" event on Thursday, April 6th. Guests gained insight into Susan’s experiences that led to her current Editor-in-Chief position as she made education and family a priority. Ms. McFadden shared her journey towards empowerment and success in a profession where women are often the minority.
The evening also included an Etcetera clothing trunk show, providing a preview of the fashion show at the upcoming “Driving Forward in Style” Gala. We are proud to have veterans modeling the line that evening. Rochelle, the Etcetera representative, is donating back ALL proceeds for this show to OC Women2Women and Veterans Legal Institute. "What Does Your Personal Brand Say About You?"Kay Hunter, Strategic Image Consultant, shared how to recognize and accentuate positive attributes at the recent OC Women2Women "Women of Worth" event. Kay demonstrated proven tips and tricks she uses when transforming prestigious clients into more successful people with increased confidence in how they present themselves, and share their visual messaging.
At Octobers' "Women of Worth" event, Gina Kershaw inspired the audience to ponder their current pursuits, what makes them truly happy, and where they want to be in the future. Gina's story encouraged guests to find their own passion and source of inspiration.
After graduating from the University LaVerne and UC Irvine with a law degree and MBA focusing on management and marketing, Gina began practicing as a trial lawyer specializing in women’s issues. After more than 15 years, she found herself unfulfilled in a profession that failed to make her happy. She opted to embrace a turning point and take a leap of faith, stepping into another line of work where she found her new passion.
Ms. Kershaw explained how her new-found passion and professional satisfaction filled a gap that had been empty for far too long. Her story was filled with challenges and barriers that threatened to stop her progress, but caused her to appreciate success even more. The audience applauded her personal victory and reflected upon their own life-long passions.

Deborah Jordan's passionate and personal message provided everyone with insight into how we can make a difference in the lives of homeless women, one person at a time. Deborah explained that each of these women need to feel loved, and worthy of forgiveness. Her story demonstrated how simple acts of kindness made it possible to rise up out of homelessness.
OCW2W is focusing on helping the homeless in 2018. Thank you to those of you who donated the much-needed blankets. With a large number of Orange County homeless being placed in temporary shelters, these basic supplies help support that effort. WE APPRECIATE ALL YOU DO to support our organization as we inspire, empower, and invest in the lives of under-served women.
Deborah is the CEO of Breezway Thrifty Glass in Huntington Beach. She puts an emphasis in her company to invest and train her employees for a successful career. Serving others is a passion and she is involved in several local non-profit organizations and churches that focus on homelessness in Orange County. She is a mother of two daughters, and proud grandmother of two children.

Dedicated to helping women achieve financial independence, Maria Kutscher, with 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, outlined a 5-step system designed to help manage your money, design your life and create your future. Attendees were introduced to key steps to creating prosperity, participate in five interactive discussions, and work with a unique hands-on visualization tool built to help them connect their money with their lives. They ended the evening armed with tools designed to enable them to see personal financial management as a powerful means to a desirable and fulfilling future.

Justice Eileen Moore is known for her tireless work focused on breaking barriers for women. At the OC Women2Women July "WOMEN OF WORTH" Event Justice Moore shared some of her life lessons and frank personal stories. The audience gained rare insight into her life and professional world. Justice Moore’s candid approach demonstrated how her background is an important part of who she is today, and how it contributes to her professional expertise and decision-making. Those in attendance were impressed with Justice Moore's ability to rise above her life challenges and find the good in the world.

Brax Jewelers opened their doors with owner, Amy Astatee, graciously hosting this "WOMEN of WORTH" event. Lisa Harenburg, GIA graduate gemologist and certified insurance appraiser shared her expertise and insights on jewelry and the healing properties of gems. Amy and Lisa both discussed stories behind some of their valued jewelry and inspired the audience to research their personal heirloom history. It was exciting to see the results when antiques were brought back to life, with guests taking advantage of the generous complimentary jewelry assessment appraisal and spa services. Those in attendance also enjoyed seeing the many original jewelry designs of Ms. Astatee.
